Annual Dues InformationFounded on January 1, at 12:01 a.m., beSMUG is a non-profit 501(3) educational organization, dedicated to helping all of our members–professional, educational and home users alike–to learn more about their computers and the software and techniques needed to accomplish any tasks they choose.
We showcase new technologies, software, hardware and accessories at our monthly meeting (on Mountain Light Gallery's 16' projection screen), offer demos and step-by-step how-tos, and feature a live Q & A with a panel of experts. Occasional door prizes, raffles and guest speakers add to the fun!
The Member Area of our website features an Online Q & A, a Newsletter Archive with search capability and a pile of interactive features aimed at keeping our members informed–from the best deals to the best products to fun places to visit for accessories, modifications and toys for your computer.
Our Member Area also provides access to The MUG Store for deep discounts and special offers on Apple products, software and accessories, and searchable lists of special offers and discounts available exclusively to MUG (Macintosh User Group) members. Our monthly email newsletter keeps members up-to-date with the latest beSMUG features and special events.
